Historic orientation to the river-- hyperbolically reclaimed.
The concept of "capitol dome touching the river" is repeated at 3 SCALES, in a nested progression. The historic symbolism of people and land is dymamically thus connected from image to actuality.

Museum Transformation occurs by the historic building's juxtaposition with a new angled axis through it.; and the clasic landscape has interventions of new programatic elements-- amphitheater, courtyards, outdoor sculture, dining, event & arrival garden spaces.
